Extended-Stay hotels frequently feature a reception desk and on-site manager as well as foyer and self-service snack and bar area. There may be a communal seating area outside and/or inside which can be used at any time should guests want to stretch their legs as well as scheduled times when guests can socialise, relieving the sometimes solitary experience of staying in a serviced apartment.
The accommodation itself combines sleep area, work area, lounge area and cooking area in similar configurations to a traditional serviced apartment, providing what seems to be the perfect juxposition of apartment and hotel models, filling the gap between the two.
