Smart new look for Fraser Place Queens Gate (April 2007) - One of Frasers newest London acquisitions, Fraser Place Queens Gate, is to have a lavish £1.3 million makeover. The elegant Victorian building is made up of 106 apartments comprising studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, all of which will be stylishly revamped with contemporary materials and attractive colour schemes. Natural, polished floorboards set the tone, with warm carpets in the bedrooms and striking black slate tiles in the bathrooms. All the furniture and fabrics will be brand new, with shades of oak and earth accented by aquamarine, aubergine and olive green. Faux cream and coffee coloured leather plus soft pastels add a modern decorative touch. It’s not just the apartments that are being treated to a new look. We aim to freshen up the exterior, reception and corridors in early June, with a crisp white for outside and warmer colours inside, creating a residence that will be both impressive and inviting. The Fraser Place Queens Gate makeover kicked off last January and started at the top floor and is working its way down gradually, with full air conditioning being installed along the way. We’ve already set up wireless broadband for all apartments which is now available at competitive hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates.
