These apartments are spread over 3 floors and all accessible via staircase and elevator. The apartments are fully equipped to the highest standard of comfort, with each apartment also having an individual design. We always had comfort and style in mind while furnishing these apartments. All hotel-services of the Hotel Silken Berlaymont Brussels, the hotel next to the Residence, are available to all residents of our serviced apartments in Brussels . The lease prices of the luxury apartments in Brussels are variable; it depends on the season, the type of apartment, the number of apartments leased at the same time, and the length of stay. The number of occupants is of no influence. The minimum price is €2200 per month. The price includes taxes, cleaning, change of linen, utilities, house ware, etc. Telephone costs and use of the internet are charged separately.
